FFL Transfer Policy

Online Transfers:

When ordering a serialized part and having it shipped to Boerner Firearms, confirm it is coming from an FFL. Due to fraudulent activities in the past, our store police requires the transferring FFL to send us a copy of their FFL via email (boernerfirearms@gmail.com) first, also they must send an invoice (either via email, or in the box upon arrival), including the price, purchaser's information, and the firearm's information (make, model, serial). We need the invoice to include purchase price because we are required to charge state tax. Once these steps are completed, we will reply with a copy of our FFL in return. When the customer comes in for their item(s) they will be required to do the standard paperwork required by law and therefore must bring proper identification.

Private Transfers:

Both parties must be present (Buyer & Seller). Make sure to bring the firearm with you, and the firearm is cleared, along with proper identification from both parties.

Attention:

PLEASE be patient with us and DO NOT call as soon as you receive notice that your item has been delivered here! We will call the receiving customer when the item has arrived and is ready to start the process! Thank you!

Proper Identification:

WA State ID/Driver’s License

If Military: Military ID, Orders, State ID
